Trajon Theory
A unified formal system for Semonika, Trajon, Trajnica, Tonus, Meaningfy, ΔΨ, and MonkOS—from the arrival of a signal to its transformation into consequence. This document defines one internally coherent working system for Semonika, Meaningfy / Usmišljavanje, Trajon, Trajnica, Tonus, ΔΨ, attention latency, and MonkOS.

A string pulled too tight cannot flow. A string left slack cannot carry a note. Tonus is the living geometry between rigidity and collapse—the readiness of an instrument to carry meaningful change.
Love is not the absence of boundaries, difference, or tension. It is the condition in which relation stops wasting energy on fear, control, and unnecessary separation. Through Alfred’s dialogue, the text explores how fear fragments, Love integrates, and a living system regains the energy needed for perception, change, and coherent relation.
A signal can arrive in an instant. Meaning cannot. Trajon is the continuity through which a signal survives attention, fear, time, and transformation to become real.
Information does not become meaning simply by entering the mind. It needs an instrument capable of receiving change, attention willing to sustain it, and a path that preserves coherence long enough for a new form to emerge.
Einstein’s equation gave physics one of its deepest recognitions:
mass and energy are not separate currencies.
They are two expressions of the same physical account.

But the equation is often repeated as though it were a complete description of matter.
It is not.
Physics measures intervals. Experience gives them weight. Trajon Theory asks why some moments disappear while others continue to organize reality long after the event has ended.
Semonika is not semantics. It is the physics of meaning: the study of how a signal acquires state, relation, form, and consequence inside a living system.
The heart is not a Faraday generator. Iron carries oxygen, iron–sulfur clusters guide electronic state, copper opens the final gate, and the mitochondrial membrane preserves the difference that ATP synthase converts into the next beat.
Mitochondria are not solitary batteries. They are dynamic networks that maintain differences, transmit redox signals, reshape themselves under stress, and preserve functional continuity through change.
