A living system does not emerge as a finished formula. It receives a signal, responds, recognizes deviation, and tunes itself again. Coherence is not the absence of change, but the ability of change to transmit the Signal without losing its identity.
Failure rarely begins at the moment something breaks. The visible result is only the final layer of an architecture built from conditions, delayed signals, obsolete strategies, and actions that stopped moving together.
Pain is the ground truth of the present moment. Suffering is the bow that gathers energy toward change. Misery begins when the wound stops being information and becomes identity.
