EDITORIAL STATUS

This edition integrates the v1.1-ALIGNED master with the current MonkTerms definitions and the reviewed editorial/formal amendments. The existing source remains preserved. This edition does not modify MonkTerms or the public Glossary.

Canonical terminology, proposed models, mathematical conditions and empirical evidence have distinct statuses. Tonus is a canonical concept; a particular numerical readiness function remains a working model. The Semonic state graph, Meaningfy operator and open-stability criterion retain their stated working status.

Definitions, implementations, derivations and measurements may live in separate versioned research records. Appendix A connects those records to the claims they support. “Source link pending” means that the source is not linked in this edition, not that the work does not exist or that its result is established.

The framework remains an internal formal model. It is not presented as established physical theory. This editorial integration is not an independent scientific review.

0. PURPOSE

This document defines one internally coherent working system for Semonika, Meaningfy / Usmišljavanje, Trajon, Trajnica, Tonus, ΔΨ, attention latency, and MonkOS.

Its purpose is not to replace the narrative texts.

The dialogues open the door.

The formalism shows what the door is attached to.

The central sequence is:

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE→ SIGNAL→ INSTRUMENT→ TONUS→ ATTENTION→ ΔΨ→ RELATION→ MEANINGFY / USMIŠLJAVANJE→ TRAJON STEPS→ TRAJNICA→ MEANING STATE→ CONSEQUENCE→ NEW RELATION

Attention latency L_Ψ constrains the timing of reception and response, but it is not ΔΨ.

Semonika maps how meaning can arise, acquire structure, move through relations, and change what can happen next.

Trajon is the elementary time–path step through which change acquires duration and trajectory.

Trajnica is a bounded Trajon streamline — a defined path in which Sense acquires enduring form through successive Trajon steps.

Tonus describes how well the instrument is prepared for its next action in the given configuration and context.

MonkOS protects the operational conditions of attention, signal discrimination, and human initiative.

1. DOMAIN

Let:

𝒮 = the space of possible meaning states
ℝ = time
ℳ = 𝒮 × ℝ = the meaning–time field

A point σ(t) ∈ 𝒮 is the current meaning state carried by an instrument at time t.

A path through 𝒮 is not merely a sequence of ideas. It may include changes in attention, Tonus, memory, relation, decision, action, and consequence.

The framework treats meaning as material in one operational sense:

A meaning is materially consequential when it changes what a system can perceive, preserve, choose, perform, relate to, or become next.

This does not claim that meaning is ordinary physical mass.

It states that meaning can alter the future state-space of a system.

1.1 STATE REPRESENTATION AND COMPARISON

The space 𝒮 is not assumed to be a vector space. A particular realization specifies its representation and comparison rule. Subtraction, a norm or a metric is used only where the corresponding structure, scales and normalization have been defined.

At the abstract level, actual change is written σ′ ≠ σ. A declared metric d_𝒮 can quantify that change; a normed coordinate representation additionally requires a coordinate map. If distinct states share the same observed representation, zero distance between those representations does not establish identity of the underlying states.

Ψ is an attention state; σ is a meaning state. They are not identified automatically. Their relationship, and the meaning and measurement of the coordinates a, p, b and c, are linked to their versioned definitions rather than inferred from their letters.

1.2 ONTOLOGICAL POSTULATE AND DOMAIN

MonkOS starts from the ontological postulate that the material world is not semantically dead matter to which consciousness subsequently adds meaning, but a mental and relational fabric woven from consciousness. Relation precedes form. Trajon traces its flows; Trajnice stabilize repeatable paths. Through those relations, Sense stabilizes into Meaning, which then in-forms matter — brings it into form.

This is the framework’s ontological postulate, distinct from the measurement definitions of a particular model. The present domain concerns relations, processes, traces and forms within the material world. Worlds beyond that domain are neither defined, affirmed nor denied here.

2. PRIMITIVE TERMS

2.1 SOURCE

The Source is that from which a signal arrives.

The formalism does not require the Source to be personified, localized, or owned by the instrument.

2.2 SIGNAL

A signal s is an impulse, relation, difference, or pattern that retains enough coherence to affect the next possible state of a system.

A difference that cannot affect anything is not yet a signal for that system.

Signal is therefore relational:

what counts as signal depends on the receiver, the field, and the active relation.

2.3 INSTRUMENT

An instrument ℐ is any bounded living, collective, or technical system capable of:

  • receiving a signal,
  • allocating attention,
  • undergoing a ΔΨ shift,
  • maintaining sufficient Tonus,
  • forming relations,
  • carrying a path,
  • and returning consequence to the field.

A human being, a group, an institution, or a robot may function as an instrument at different scales.

In humanophilic systems, the machine automates; the human decides, directs, remains responsible, and retains the right to interrupt.

2.4 RELATION

A relation R is the active coupling through which one state can affect another.

Relation is not an accessory added after identity.

Within the framework, identity, signal, and meaning become operational only through relation.

Nothing means alone.

Meaning does not belong exclusively to the signal, the instrument, or the context.

It occurs through their relation.

Deus sive Relatio.

Meaning is not added to relation. Meaning happens through relation.

2.5 ATTENTION

Attention is the operational resource by which experience is distinguished from noise.

Let a(t) denote the current allocation of attention inside the local model.

Attention is not merely looking.

It changes the trajectory of what receives duration, priority, and the possibility of becoming structured.

2.6 ΔΨ — DELTA PSI

ΔΨ is the smallest operational change in attention that alters the subsequent flow of experience.

Formally, let Ψ(t) be the attention-state vector:

Ψ(t) = [a(t), p(t), b(t), c(t)]ᵀ

Then:

ΔΨ_t = Ψ(t + Δt) − Ψ(t)

A shift becomes operationally significant when:

‖ΔΨ_t‖ ≥ ε_Ψ

where ε_Ψ is the chosen threshold for a meaningful change in attention-state.

ΔΨ is not latency.
ΔΨ is change.

A ΔΨ intervention may be a small shift in posture, breath, gaze, context, rhythm, spatial position, or immediate action — provided that it changes the next trajectory of attention.

The selected norm, coordinate units, normalization and threshold ε_Ψ belong to the declared realization. The detailed measurement definition is recorded under DEF-PSI in Appendix A. The threshold is operational; it does not by itself establish universal physical quantization.

2.7 ATTENTION LATENCY

Attention latency L_Ψ is the time between the appearance of an impulse and its conscious recognition, direction, or interruption.

A usable latency window may be written:

L_min < L_Ψ < L_max

Too little usable latency can collapse reception into reflex.

Excessive latency can prevent recognition from becoming consequence.

The key terminological lock is:

ΔΨ = change in attention-state.

L_Ψ = attention latency.

They must not be used as synonyms.

2.8 TONUS

Tonus is the state of readiness of a system to perform its next action optimally in a given configuration.

Tonus is not how tightly a system is tensioned, but how well it is tuned for what it needs to do next.

Tension is one variable through which readiness can be adjusted; tension is not itself Tonus. Optimal Tonus is relaxed readiness: enough organization for a timely, high-quality response, without unnecessary tension that restricts it.

Capacity makes a response possible. Tonus describes how well the system is prepared for the next action. They are related, not synonyms.

Θ = Tonus / state of readiness

Θ remains the working formal symbol. Its concrete representation and calibration depend on the declared task and model.

2.9 MEANING STATE

A meaning state σ is a structured relational condition that constrains what transformations are currently possible.

Examples of regions in 𝒮 may include:

  • latent,
  • compressed,
  • fragmented,
  • inherited,
  • examined,
  • rigid,
  • fluid,
  • embodied,
  • relational,
  • consequential.

These labels are model regions, not fixed ontological categories.

SENSE, MEANING AND MEANINGFYING

Sense is a felt distinction before its relation is understood.

Meaning is Sense articulated and stabilized within a relation.

To meaningfy is to bring meaning into being within a relation.

A signal does not mean by itself. Meaning arises when the receiver stabilizes a relation between the signal and experience. In non-human systems, “felt” means experienced or registered; experience includes prior interactions, memory or a model.

2.10 CONSEQUENCE

A consequence C is any change returned from the instrument to the field.

A consequence may be:

  • a decision,
  • a word,
  • a movement,
  • a refusal,
  • a design,
  • a relation,
  • a boundary,
  • a repair,
  • or a new structure.

Meaning that never changes any future possibility remains incomplete at the operational level.

3. FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLES

3.1 RELATIONAL EXISTENCE

Nothing means alone.

A meaning exists operationally where a distinguishable difference enters an active relation and changes what can happen next.

3.2 SOURCE, INSTRUMENT, WORK

The Source gives the signal.
The instrument gives it form.
Relation creates the work.

3.3 THE AXIOM OF COHERENT CHANGE

The canonical three formulations remain:

Stabilnost je okvir u kome promena ima smisla.

Stability is the frame in which change has meaning.

Stabilan okvir je onaj koji može da prihvati smislenu promenu.

A stable frame is one that can receive meaningful change.

Okvir zadržava koherenciju dovoljno dugo da promena postane oblik.

The frame preserves coherence long enough for change to become form.

These are not three competing axioms.

They are three views of the same structural principle.

3.4 THE PATH PRINCIPLE

Meaning is a What that survives a How.

The path is not empty space between signal and destination.

The path is where meaning happens.

3.5 MATERIAL CONSEQUENCE

Meaning is operationally present when a relation changes the future state-space of a system.

Meaning is not commentary placed over the event.

Meaning is the event becoming capable of changing what comes next.

3.6 OPENNESS

An open system is not a system without boundaries.

It is a system whose boundaries can participate in meaningful change.

A system that never changes is closed.

A system that cannot preserve relation through change collapses.

A stable open system can receive change and remain recognizable.

4. THE MEANINGFY TRANSFORMATION

[CANONICAL TERM + WORKING OPERATOR]

Usmišljavanje / Meaningification is the active process by which experience, through attention and relation, acquires direction and consequence.

The compact canonical relation is:

Experience + ΔΨ + Relation

→ Usmišljavanje / Meaningfy
→ Living / Enduring Meaning

For the working formal model, let:

σ_k = current meaning state
E_k = current experience, including received signal and context
ΔΨ_k = operational change in attention-state
R_k = active relational configuration
Θ_k = Tonus / readiness

Then the working Meaningfy operator is:

σ_(k+1) = 𝔐(σ_k, E_k, ΔΨ_k, R_k, Θ_k)

In plain language:

The next meaning state depends on what the instrument already carries, what has entered experience, how attention changes, what relation becomes active, and whether the instrument can sustain the transition.

Attention latency L_Ψ remains a timing constraint on recognition and response.

It is not substituted for ΔΨ inside the operator.

IMPLEMENTATION AND OBSERVATION

The general operator states the dependencies of a transformation. A computational or empirical realization additionally supplies its transition rule, parameters, input/output types, initialization, applicability conditions and update interval. Its versioned definition or implementation is linked under IMP-M in Appendix A.

A predicted next state is distinguished from a state estimated from observations. The observation procedure must be documented so that the model output is not used as its own independent confirmation.

σᵖʳᵉᵈ_(k+1) = 𝔐_impl(σ̂_k, E_k, ΔΨ_k, R_k, Θ_k)

Here “impl” identifies one declared implementation and a hat denotes an estimate from observations. No transition parameters are assigned by this editorial notation. Stochastic components require declared randomness settings and a stated comparison between repetitions.

4.1 CONDITION OF MEANINGFUL TRANSFORMATION

[WORKING CRITERION]

A transition is meaningfully realized when:

σ_(k+1) ≠ σ_k
K_(k+1) ≥ K_min
C_(k+1) ≠ 0

where K is the working coherence measure.

The first condition requires actual change.

The second requires enough coherence for the path to remain recognizable.

The third requires the transformation to return consequence to the field.

Recognition without consequence is an incomplete transition.

4.2 MEASUREMENT REALIZATION

The abstract inequality of states is not the same as a change distinguishable by a measurement protocol. State the resolution, thresholds, uncertainty and time window within which consequence is assessed.

d_𝒮(σ̂_(k+1), σ̂_k) > ε_σ; K̂_(k+1) ≥ K_min; ĉ_C(k,H) > ε_C

H is a declared number of observation steps. c_C is a protocol-defined non-negative measure or event indicator of consequence, not a universal numerical definition of meaning. The notation C ≠ 0 also requires an explicit definition of “no consequence”.

A consequence still awaiting observation is not automatically absent. Missing evidence is not zero consequence. A result close to the resolution threshold can remain indeterminate until its uncertainty is resolved.

Consequence retains the scope of §2.10: a decision, refusal, boundary, design, repair or change of relation can qualify. Commercial profit, external approval and physical movement are not mandatory substitutes for consequence.

The procedures for K, K_min, consequence, ε_σ, ε_C and H are linked under MET-KC in Appendix A.

5. SEMONIKA

5.1 DEFINITION

Semonika / Semonycs is the Physics of Meaning.

It studies how meaning:

  • arises,
  • acquires structure,
  • is transmitted,
  • changes relations,
  • and becomes consequential.

Formally, the working model studies:

  • the states meaning can occupy,
  • the relations that stabilize or transform those states,
  • the admissible transitions between states,
  • and the consequences produced by those transitions.

5.2 THE SEMONIC GRAPH

[WORKING EXTENSION]

Let:

G_𝒮 = (V, E)

where:

V = the set of meaning states
E = the set of admissible transformations between them

An edge σ_i → σ_j exists when at least one configuration of experience, relation, ΔΨ, and instrument readiness can carry σ_i into σ_j while preserving the required minimum coherence.

Semonika therefore maps the possible What.

Not a frozen dictionary definition.

A living map of forms that meaning may take.

5.3 STATE TRANSITIONS

Examples:

latent → embodied
fragmented → relational
inherited → examined
rigid → fluid
compressed → articulated
fluid → dissipated
embodied → consequential

Not every change of language is a change of meaning.

A valid transition alters relational structure, future possibilities, or both.

5.4 MEANINGFY ENGINE

The canonical Meaningfy Engine is:

Fuel:

Experience + ΔΨ + Relation

Process:

Usmišljavanje / Meaningification

Outcome:

Meaning that gains structure, duration, and consequence.

Tonus may be used in this working formalism as a readiness condition, distinct from capacity:

Tonus does not create meaning.

Tonus describes how well the instrument is tuned to carry the transformation.

6. TONUS

[CANONICAL CONCEPT + WORKING NUMERICAL REALIZATION]

6.1 TASK-DEPENDENT READINESS

Tonus is not a universal point on a tension scale. It is a working zone of readiness bounded by task-dependent thresholds.

Θ_min < Θ* < Θ_max

Θ_min is the minimum organized readiness at which the system can still execute the task reliably. Ω_Θ is the optimal zone: the range giving the best relation between output quality, response speed, stability and resource use for the task and context. Θ* is a working point within that zone.

Θ_max is the upper boundary beyond which additional tension or preparedness no longer improves the output and may make the system rigid, costly or less adaptive. These thresholds can shift with the task, configuration and expected demand.

Θ* = arg max_Θ Q(action | Θ, context)

This compact optimization statement comes from MonkTerms. A numerical realization must define Q, the feasible readiness configurations and the assessment method; the statement alone does not determine a calibrated optimum.

6.2 THREE STATES OF THE INSTRUMENT

LIMP / BELOW REQUIRED READINESS

The instrument is insufficiently prepared for the given demand. Its response may be delayed or lack the required organization, strength or precision.

READY / RELAXED

The instrument is appropriately prepared for its next action: organized enough to respond, flexible enough to adapt, without unnecessary tension.

OVERTENSIONED / RIGID

Additional tension no longer improves the output and can degrade it. More mobilization is not automatically better preparation.

Ordinary readiness is not limpness. Preparedness for a changed demand may require a different distribution of resources, not a uniform increase along every readiness dimension.

6.3 TONUS PRINCIPLE

Relaxation is not the absence of tension.

Relaxation is the correct distribution of tension.

Not tense.

Not limp.

Ready.

Good Tonus is not the midpoint between limpness and tension. It is the zone in which the system is best tuned for what it needs to do next.

6.4 REFERENCE PARABOLA — LIMITED MODEL

The earlier symmetric parabola is retained as a proposed reference proxy, not as the general definition of Tonus. In this edition it is explicitly labeled Θ_ref to separate the score from the full readiness state.

Θ_ref(u) = 4u(1 − u), u ∈ [0,1]
Θ_ref(0) = 0; Θ_ref(1/2) = 1; Θ_ref(1) = 0

Within this restricted model, u is a declared normalized load/tension coordinate whose two endpoints represent the selected low-readiness extremes. The maximum at u = 1/2 follows from the chosen function. It does not establish that every instrument reaches its optimal Tonus at half load.

For empirical use, state how u is obtained, how it is normalized and which independent outcome assesses readiness. Data used to select the curve, scale or thresholds are not presented as an independent confirmation of those choices.

Relate conclusions to the instrument, task, configuration and observed range. Existing measurements and their calibration records are linked first; no new measurements are presumed necessary merely because a reference is not yet linked here.

6.5 TONUS, TAKT AND TEMPO

Tonus describes readiness. Takt is an integral step or cycle of a process: a functionally complete and recognizably repeatable structure, not a fixed duration. Tempo is the adaptable speed of execution through an aligned, stable Takt.

The same Takt can run at different Tempos. Changing Tempo adapts execution; changing Takt reshapes the process. These distinctions follow the later KB-006 clarification in MonkTerms; they do not add new inputs to the Meaningfy equation without a separately specified realization.

7. TRAJON AND TRAJNICA

7.1 TRAJON — TERMINOLOGICAL LOCK

Trajon is denoted by τ.

Canonical definition:

Trajon is the quantum of duration and path — an elementary time–path step through which change acquires duration and trajectory.

In this model there is one Trajon for our material world. The indices mark its successive steps, not multiple Trajons.

In the MonkTerms formal notation:

τ_i := (Δt_T, Δr_i)

Trajon is therefore not meaning density.

Trajon is not represented by T.

Trajon is not a scalar unit of attention.

The older scalar expression

1 τ = 1 second of attention × 1 square metre × meaning density

is retired from the canonical core.

It may remain only as historical source material.

7.2 WORKING TRAJON FREQUENCY POSTULATE

The current Trajon model retains the working postulate:

f_T = 6 × 10^15 Hz

from which:

Δt_T = f_T^−1 ≈ 1.67 × 10^−16 s

This is a model postulate.

It is not presented as an experimentally established universal refresh rate.

MODEL TIME AND OBSERVATION TIME

Index i refers to elementary steps of the Trajon model. Index k refers to an operational realization or observation sequence. Its sampling interval is specified separately:

Δtᵒᵇˢ_k = tᵒᵇˢ_(k+1) − tᵒᵇˢ_k

A simulation or experimental log interval is not automatically Δt_T. Any connection between these scales must be explicit. Testing an operational attention model does not by itself validate the numerical frequency postulate.

7.3 ELEMENTARY TIME–PATH STEP

Let:

x_i := (t_i, r_i)

Then:

x_(i+1) = x_i + (Δt_T, Δr_i)

and:

τ_i := (Δt_T, Δr_i)

The formal meaning is simple:

the ordered pair records the temporal and spatial/path components of an elementary step.

The coordinate update records a time–path increment. By itself it does not specify a force, a transport mechanism or a claim that Trajon physically pushes matter from one position to another. Trajon refreshes — pings — the position of the material world; it does not move matter. The definition and symbols remain those of MonkTerms.

7.4 TRAJNICA

Trajnica is denoted by Γ.

Canonical definition:

Trajnica is a bounded Trajon streamline — a defined path in which Sense acquires enduring form.

It is formed from successive Trajon steps and preserves enough coherence for a form to remain recognizable through change.

For a finite sequence:

Γ_n := (x_0, x_1, …, x_n), n < ∞

Trajnica is bounded.

It is the path that was actually carried.

Not merely the intended path.

Not merely the declared path.

Not merely the remembered image of the path.

The path carried is the path that exists.

The ordered sequence preserves the order and repetition of recorded steps. The round-bracket notation is an editorial precision used in this edition; the existing glossary has not been changed. A finite recorded sequence is not by itself a proof of uniform boundedness over unlimited future operation.

7.5 TRAJON AND MEANING

The phrase

Trajon is meaning in motion.

may remain as poetic shorthand inside the narrative layer.

It is not the formal definition.

The formal lock is:

τ = elementary time–path step.
Γ = bounded Trajon streamline — a defined path in which Sense acquires enduring form, built from successive Trajon steps.
ρ_s = meaning density.
M_s = meaning mass.

8. MEANING DENSITY AND MEANING MASS

8.1 MEANING DENSITY ρ_s

Meaning density is denoted by:

ρ_s

It is derived from the model of attention.

It is not Trajon density.

Define:

ρ_s(r,t) = [P_Ψ(r,t) · t_dwell(r,t) / A] · S_1(r,t)

where:

P_Ψ = intensity of attention
t_dwell = dwell time / duration of sustained attention
A = area of the active field
S_1 = primary salience, dimensionless

The interpretation is:

meaning density rises when attention intensity, duration, concentration of the active field, and salience combine coherently.

8.2 MEANING MASS M_s

Meaning mass is the integral measure of meaning density through space and time:

M_s = ∬_(Ω×Δt) ρ_s(r,t) S_2(r,t) dA dt

where:

S_2 = integration of meaning, dimensionless.
M_s is not ordinary physical mass.

Within the model, it measures the accumulated persistence and integrative capacity of a meaning structure.

8.3 DIMENSIONAL LOCK

[f_T] = s^−1
[Δt_T] = s
τ_i = ordered time–space step with components (s, m)
Γ = bounded path / streamline; it has no independent scalar unit
[P_Ψ] = Ψ_u / s
[t_dwell] = s
[A] = m²

S_1 and S_2 are dimensionless

[ρ_s] = Ψ_u / m²
[M_s] = Ψ_u · s

The geometrical / SI representation must not be mixed with a topological “node / step” representation inside the same equation unless a separate normalization is explicitly defined.

MEASUREMENT DOMAIN AND QUADRATURE

For each application, specify Ω, the observation interval I, the active area A > 0 and the procedures for P_Ψ, t_dwell, S₁ and S₂. I denotes the explicit time interval represented by Δt in the integration domain above. Report the area and duration when comparing results. Ψ_u remains a model unit linked to its declared operational calibration.

M̂_s = Σ_(k=0)^(N−1) Σ_(j=1)^J ρ̂_(s,jk) Ŝ_(2,jk) ΔA_j Δt_k

This is a numerical quadrature of the existing integral on a declared spatial partition and time grid, not a new empirical result. State the grid, quadrature rule and handling of missing records. Missing data are not automatically zero attention.

If node counts, pixels or another topological measure replace geometrical area, use a separately normalized model rather than silently reporting the result as the same SI quantity.

8.4 RETIRED SYMBOL COLLISION

The symbol T is no longer used for either Trajon or meaning density.

Therefore the following older expressions are not part of the current canonical core unless reformulated with new, non-colliding variables:

T(r,t) as “Trajon density”

J_T = T v_a
∂T/∂t + ∇·J_T = Σ − Λ

the wave equation written in T

the field distribution written in T

These remain historical formal material, not the active notation used in this edition.

9. GRAVITY OF MEANING AND INDICES

[MODEL LAYER]

9.1 ESCAPE THRESHOLD

For meaning mass M_s concentrated within characteristic radius R:

v_e = √(2G_sM_s / R)

This model quantity is interpreted as an escape threshold from an established semonic field.

9.2 CRITICAL / COHERENCE RADIUS

R_c = 2G_sM_s / v_diss²

Within the model, R_c describes the characteristic range over which a meaning structure can remain organizationally coherent against a stated dissipation scale.

9.3 NOISE TEMPERATURE

Use normalized quantities:

θ = σ̃_ξ² / (2δ̃)

where:

σ̃_ξ² = normalized noise variance
δ̃ = normalized damping / dissipation coefficient

θ is therefore dimensionless.

9.4 DISCOHERENCE INDEX

D = Ñ / √M̃_s

where:

Ñ = normalized noise load
M̃_s = normalized meaning mass

D is dimensionless.

9.5 DIMENSION OF G_s

For:

v_e = √(2G_sM_s/R)

and:

R_c = 2G_sM_s/v_diss²

with:

[R] = [R_c] = m
[v_e] = [v_diss] = m/s
[M_s] = Ψ_u · s

the model requires:

[G_s] = m³ / (Ψ_u · s³)

G_s is therefore a scaling / coupling constant of the model, not Newton’s gravitational constant.

9.6 DOMAINS OF THE INDICES

For finite real-valued use, A > 0; the escape formula requires R > 0 and a non-negative radicand; the critical-radius quotient requires v_diss ≠ 0. The noise-temperature index requires δ̃ > 0 and the discoherence index requires M̃_s > 0. State the intended limiting cases separately.

For SNR_Ψ = E_S/E_N, a finite ratio requires E_N > 0. E_N = 0 must be handled explicitly; 0/0 is undefined. Any regularized implementation supplies its formula and parameters rather than silently altering the model.

10. RELATIONAL RESONANCE

10.1 NORMALIZED MODEL

For two scalar profiles ρ_A and ρ_B defined over the same domain Ω and using the same normalization:

R_ρ(A,B) = [∫_Ω ρ_A(x)ρ_B(x) dx] / [√(∫_Ω ρ_A(x)² dx) · √(∫_Ω ρ_B(x)² dx)]

For non-negative fields:

0 ≤ R_ρ ≤ 1

For signed fields:

−1 ≤ R_ρ ≤ 1

R_ρ is a dimensionless index of relational resonance.

It is a normalized model of structural alignment, not proof of causal interaction.

The two profiles must be square-integrable over the common domain, with finite, non-zero norms. If either profile is zero almost everywhere, the expression is undefined, not automatically zero resonance. A regularized numerical variant must state its formula and parameters.

11. STABILITY WITHOUT STAGNATION

11.1 COHERENT SET

[WORKING EXTENSION]

Let 𝒜 ⊂ 𝒮 be the set of meaning states that preserve the identity of a path while allowing meaningful transformation.

𝒜 is not one frozen endpoint.

It is a stable frame of admissible change.

11.2 OPEN-STABILITY CRITERION

A working open-stability criterion is:

there exists at least one admissible new experience E_new such that:

𝔐(σ, E_new, ΔΨ, R, Θ) ≠ σ

while:

K′ ≥ K_min

The first condition encodes openness.

The second encodes preserved coherence.

A system that never changes is closed.

A system that cannot preserve relation through change is collapsed.

A living system can receive meaningful change and remain recognizable.

This criterion expresses local openness with preserved coherence: at least one admissible experience permits a change. It is not, by itself, a claim about every future trajectory or arbitrary disturbances.

11.3 FINAL STABILITY FORM

The glossary’s final stability statement is preserved:

A system is not stable because it does not change.

A system is stable when it:

receives change

+

preserves relation

+

produces form.

11.4 COHERENCE ALONG AN OBSERVED PATH

For a recorded sequence, specify the horizon H, sampling intervals, initial state, inputs and disturbances. At the recorded steps, check:

min_(0≤j≤H) K̂_(k+j) ≥ K_min

When realized change is also assessed, identify at least one transition that exceeds the declared resolution threshold. The conclusion applies to that path and those observation conditions; it does not extend automatically to all inputs, unlimited time or unobserved instants between samples.

A claim of dynamical stability requires a separate statement of assumptions and proof for the particular operator. Preservation of coherence, boundedness of a path, approach to an admissible set and convergence to one point are different claims.

Link the author’s model-specific proof and relevant logs under PROOF-STAB and DAT-STAB. The optional conditional lemma in the separate research supplement is not presumed to be satisfied by the Meaningfy operator.

12. MINIMAL TFL FORM

The minimal Trajon Formal Language representation is:

FIELD MeaningField {
  attention_power : P_psi
  dwell_time : t_dwell
  area : A
  salience : S1
}

rho_s = (P_psi * t_dwell / A) * S1

STATE psi_0

INTERVENE {
  body_shift,
  breath_shift,
  gaze_shift,
  context_shift
}

STATE psi_1

DELTA_PSI = psi_1 - psi_0

This keeps the operational distinction clear:

the intervention produces ΔΨ.

ΔΨ is the change between attention states.

Latency is modeled separately as L_Ψ.

13. MONKOS

13.1 DEFINITION

MonkOS means Monk Open System.

It is an operating system of attention:

a practical and conceptual framework for distinguishing signal from noise, preserving authorship and initiative, and turning attention into coherent action.

MonkOS is not the Source.

MonkOS does not manufacture the signal.

It organizes the conditions under which the signal can be recognized, carried, tested, and returned as consequence.

13.2 CONTROL DOMAIN

A working MonkOS control layer may regulate or support:

attention allocation,

attention latency,

ΔΨ interventions,

noise filtering,

Tonus / readiness,

boundary openness,

transition timing,

coherence recovery.

The distinction is important:

MonkOS can tune the receiver.

It does not substitute a preferred signal for the signal received.

13.3 SOVEREIGN INITIATIVE

The human operator remains the source of intention and final decision.

Augmentation may expand capacity.

It must not silently replace authorship, direction, responsibility, or the right to interrupt.

13.4 CITY MONK PRINCIPLE

You are not required to manufacture the signal.

You are responsible for the condition of the receiver.

14. THE COMPLETE LOOP

The complete working loop is:

  1. A signal arises within the Field of Experience.
  2. The instrument receives the signal through a boundary.
  3. Tonus Θ describes how well the instrument is prepared for the next action in its configuration and context.
  4. Attention allocates priority and duration.
  5. A ΔΨ shift changes the attention-state and opens a different possible trajectory.
  6. Attention latency L_Ψ constrains the time between impulse and conscious recognition, direction, or interruption.
  7. Relation R determines what the signal can affect and what can affect it.
  8. Meaningfy / Usmišljavanje transforms experience into a new structured meaning state.
  9. Trajon τ names the elementary time–path steps through which the transformation acquires duration and trajectory.
  10. Trajnica Γ is the bounded Trajon streamline — the defined path in which Sense acquires enduring form through those steps.
  11. Semonika maps the possible states, relations, and transformations of meaning.
  12. Consequence C returns the transformation to the field.
  13. The returned consequence changes the field from which future signals will be received.

Therefore:

Meaning is not placed only at the beginning.

Meaning is not waiting only at the end.

Meaning is the relational transformation that changes what can happen next.

16. CANONICAL DISTINCTIONS

SEMONIKA

Canonical:

The Physics of Meaning.

Function:

Studies how meaning arises, gains structure, is transmitted, and changes relations.

Question:

What can this meaning become?

TRAJON

Canonical symbol:

τ

Canonical:

The quantum of duration and path; an elementary time–path step.

Question:

What is the smallest formal step by which change acquires duration and trajectory?

TRAJNICA

Canonical symbol:

Γ

Canonical:

A bounded Trajon streamline — a defined path in which Sense acquires enduring form, built from successive Trajon steps.

Question:

What bounded path persisted through the change?

TONUS

Working symbol: Θ.

Canonical concept: the state of readiness of a system to perform its next action optimally in a given configuration.

Question: How well is the instrument tuned for what it needs to do next?

The optimal zone and its thresholds depend on task and context; Θ_ref(u) is a separate reference proxy.

ΔΨ

Canonical:

An operational change in attention-state.

Question:

What shift changed the next trajectory of attention?

ATTENTION LATENCY

Canonical symbol:

L_Ψ

Canonical:

The time between impulse and conscious recognition, direction, or interruption.

Question:

How long does reception remain operational before recognition or response?

MONKOS

Canonical:

An operating system of attention and an open framework for distinguishing signal from noise.

Question:

What conditions of attention, reception, initiative, and coherence must be tuned without replacing the signal?

17. SOURCE LINEAGE AND TERMINOLOGY LOCK

17.1 CURRENT CANON

Semonika = Physics of Meaning.
Usmišljavanje / Meaningification = active process by which experience through attention and relation gains direction.
ΔΨ = operational change in attention-state.

L_Ψ = attention latency.

Trajon τ = quantum of duration and path; elementary time–path step.
Trajnica Γ = bounded Trajon streamline — a defined path in which Sense acquires enduring form.
ρ_s = meaning density derived from the attention model.
M_s = meaning mass; integral measure of ρ_s through space and time.

T is not used for Trajon or density.

The three formulations of the Axiom of Coherent Change remain unchanged.

Tonus = task- and configuration-dependent readiness; tension is one adjustment variable, not Tonus itself.

Takt = the integral, functionally complete and recognizably repeatable step or cycle of a process. Tempo = its adaptable execution speed.

Sense is a felt distinction before its relation is understood. Meaning is Sense articulated and stabilized within a relation. To meaningfy is to bring meaning into being within a relation.

17.2 WORKING EXTENSIONS RETAINED

The Source–Instrument–Relation loop.

The Meaningfy operator 𝔐.

The Semonic state graph G_𝒮.

The restricted normalized readiness proxy Θ_ref(u), not the general canonical definition of Tonus.

The open-stability criterion.

The complete Source-to-Consequence loop.

17.3 HISTORICAL MATERIAL RETAINED ONLY AS HISTORY

The older scalar Trajon unit:

1 τ = 1 second of attention × 1 square metre × meaning density

is retired from the canonical core.

“Trajon density” T(r,t) is retired.

Trajon flux J_T based on T is retired until reformulated with non-colliding notation.

The continuity and wave equations written in T are retired until reformulated.

Any use of ΔΨ as “attention latency” is retired.

The phrase:

Trajon is meaning in motion.

may remain as narrative shorthand, but not as the formal definition.

18. CLOSING FORM

Semonika maps the forms meaning can take.

Meaningfy names the active process of Usmišljavanje.

Tonus keeps the instrument ready.

Attention gives duration and priority.

ΔΨ changes the attention-state.

L_Ψ names the latency of recognition and response.

Trajon gives change an elementary step through duration and path.

Trajnica is the bounded Trajon streamline — the defined path in which Sense acquires enduring form.

Meaning density ρ_s describes the modeled concentration of coherent attention and salience.

Meaning mass M_s integrates that density through space and time.

MonkOS protects the conditions of attention without replacing the signal.

The Source gives the signal.
The instrument gives it form.
Relation creates the work.
The path carried is the path that exists.

And the formal lock remains:

τ is the step.
Γ is the defined path in which Sense acquires enduring form.
ρ_s is the density.
M_s is the mass of meaning in the model.
ΔΨ is change.
L_Ψ is latency.
The system remains open.

APPENDIX A. RESEARCH SOURCE REGISTER

This register connects concepts and claims to definitions, implementations, derivations and measurements. Formal status and evidence status are recorded separately. Distinguish observations, experiments, simulations, derived records and author notes.

A linked dataset is not a blanket validation of the framework. An unlinked source is not proof that the work has not been done. The identifiers below are editorial labels for this edition, not asserted filenames or experiment names.

ID Section Reference to connect Link status

Each linked record states its location, version, acquisition date or interval, measured quantities, processing procedure, result with uncertainty and scope of validity. For previously collected data, record the actual chronology of data acquisition and model/threshold selection. A retrospective fit is not relabeled as a preregistered prediction.

Detailed methods may remain in separate versioned appendices. The core text only needs precise references to them.

EDITION SOURCES AND METHOD

The assembly base is SEMONIKA-TRAJON-TONUS-CORE-FORMALISM-v1.1-ALIGNED. Terminology was checked against the current MonkTerms snapshot retrieved on 17 September 2026, including the later Tonus and KB-006/KB-010 clarifications. The public reference is the MonkOS Glossary.

Mathematical/editorial additions derive from the separate DRAFT 01 amendment proposal. The optional stability lemma remains a separate research supplement, not part of this article’s claimed validated results. The previous master and change ledger are retained in the edition archive.
