CHOICE MATTERS
Choice is not the number of options in an interface. Meaningful choice exists where human intention can actually change the trajectory and its consequences.
SEE THE SYSTEM
Good technology can hide complexity. It should not hide consequence. System legibility means showing enough state, authority and boundary for the human to remain an operator.
AUGMENT YOURSELF
Augmentation does not happen simply because a machine becomes more capable. You create. The machine automates. Augmentation emerges from a relation that expands the human field of action.
READY PRESENCE, USEFUL ACTION
AI can predict, prepare and execute delegated tasks. But prediction is not permission. Humanophilic automation reduces the distance to a decision without silently becoming the source of the decision.
