Coherence includes the preservation of origin.

Projects developed using MonkOS as a conceptual, theoretical, or methodological framework acknowledge MonkOS as part of their intellectual lineage.

The authors and collaborators retain ownership of their implementations, domain knowledge, designs, discoveries, and innovations.

MonkOS does not claim ownership of work simply because its framework helped organize the process.

Attribution is not control.

It is continuity.

A coherent system preserves traceability not only for decisions and technical changes, but also for the conceptual sources from which those decisions emerged.

Every contributor may extend the system.

Every implementation may develop its own identity.

Every domain may introduce new language, methods, and discoveries.

But no contribution should silently sever the chain of recognition that made it possible.

A simple attribution may read:

“Developed using MonkOS as a conceptual and methodological framework.”

Where appropriate, the attribution may include the specific people, projects, documents, or collaborators whose work materially shaped the result.

The objective is not to build a hierarchy of ownership.

The objective is to preserve an honest map of contribution.

Ideas grow through relation.

Attribution keeps those relations visible.

Everyone adds their contribution.

Nobody breaks the chain of recognition.

This principle expresses a standard of coherent collaboration. Specific licenses, contracts, and ownership agreements remain separate instruments and should be defined according to the needs of each project.
